Monday June 29. Still windy and rainy and cool (60 degrees) but shows signs of letting up. Had a good breakfast of pancakes and sausage and made orange cranberry muffins in the bakepacker, very tasty. We decide to go and fish some protected bays close to camp just to do something besides sitting and reading. Caught around 15 fish and had to work at it. Mike is getting pretty good with his GPS. Saw several eagles or 1 eagle several times, hard to tell at that altitude, loons and turtles. Would really like to see a moose. Went back to the campsite and had ribeye steaks and garlic mashed potatoes, green beans and peach cobbler for desert. Early to bed to read........finished my book as the sunlight was dimming. Now what will I read.
