I'm gonna do this on our next canoe trip with the kids.

Create miniatures!

I could see using either miniatures from a hobby store or those small plastic animals you find everywhere. I think even my older kids would get into posing and taking picts of these.

Great idea. That looks like it would be a fun thing to do. I think I would enjoy it more than my kids.

I think even my older son would get into creating mini scenes to photograph in the BWCA.

I've also seen these miniatures used in terrariums. Makes a very fun and interesting gift.
