I wanted to start a thread on BW campsite beaches

There are 2 or 3 good beaches on Isabella lake

There is a great beach on Swan lake

#1042 on Malberg has a nice little beach.

Insula has a large beach on the east shore of the north-east bay, just south of the Kiana portage. I almost looked for public restrooms and a refreshment stand.

I've been past the 2 on Tuscarora and the one on Horse. Very nice sites, but still yet to stay at one. Might have to change that if we can find one...

Not a beach per say but, the 5 star Crab Lake site #312 does offer a sandy swim area.

Also, the Buck Lake end of the portage to Cummings Lake has a small beach

This isn't a beach site, but there is a beach on sawbill lake just south of the 30rd portage to Alton. It's hidden in a small bay. The path to the bay looks like a stream. Great place to chill and swim.

Long Island Lake offers many opportunities of sandy shorelines.

Clove Lake on the Granite River system has a very nice sandy shore at the northernmost campsite.
