It is hard to pick a favorite but I like looking at this one as we get close to the shortest day of the year. The flats of Jean Lake - a great place to wade fish on a calm sunny day.

I love this. I remember seeing something similar as I paddled the McEwen River. Seeing the long grass waving under the crystal clear water is just awesome.

Midnight in the Northwest Territories

One of my favorites. We sat about there in the night and watched a bull moose walk by in the full moonlight. I think she was hoping he’d come back.

Loon on South Hegman Lake - there were a pair and they swam right up to my canoe - I thought he was going to attack me - but only wanted to get closer for a picture!
