Entry Point 38 - Sawbill Lake

Sawbill Lake entry point allows overnight paddle only. This entry point is supported by Tofte Ranger Station near the city of Tofte, MN. The distance from ranger station to entry point is 25 miles. Access is a boat landing at Sawbill Lake. This area was affected by blowdown in 1999.

Not many would say "pooping in the woods" is their favorite part of the trip!! Very cute.

Love to see you get the next generation out in the wilderness!! Starting them young will pay huge dividends down the road!! Sounds like great memories were made by all. Don’t blink, they grow up fast!! It seems like yesterday, mine were that age, now they are teenagers. Love your trip report!
