Comes ready to use with isobutane right out of the box. Converts to liquid fuel in about 2 minutes. Does not come with liquid fuel bottle. Very stable base that is easy to use. Good burner control, works great to boil water, simmers adequately. Packs small in it's own bag. Definitely needs a wind screen. I took away 2 stars from a perfect rating because of it's inability to use in windy conditions. Because of the remote tank it's safe to use with a wind screen or a backpackers oven. Very dependable. It's my go to stove.
