Wanted this for a long time, and last summer I finally bought one. I was pumped to have French pressed coffee in the BW! While many reviewers on my retail sites complained that it did not adequately strain the grounds, there were equally as many reviewers who claimed this was not an issue. Well, it was an issue, at least for me. For 50 bucks I want a product that will actually keep the grounds out of my cup, and this thing did not even come close to that. I've sipped cowboy coffee for years on the trail with fewer grounds in my maw than this product produced. It now sits in a storage bin somewhere in the crawl space in my basement.
