Looks like a good time.

What is your trailer setup like (weight of trailer, placement of cross bars, etc.)?

Can't tell you much about the trailer as it was loaned for this trip to Jim of our group who borrowed it from his brother. I do know it was an aluminum trailer with a fold-down ramp. His brother took it upon himself to custom build a rack for us out of two by fours to haul our two canoes! The rack was tightly secured with ratchet straps to tie-down loops on the trailer bed. We hauled our packs on the trailer under the canoes and secured them to the rack with plastic zip-ties or ratcheted them down just to make sure they didn't decide to take their own trip along the way. Fishing rods and paddles were secured up inside of the canoes with bungee-dealy-bobs. This set up worked well!
