Trip Introduction:
Report
Got to Caribou via Pine. Perfect weather, great time. We talked to forestry rangers at the the first site on Caribou and they warned us about a bear. Ten minuets later the bear made his debut. We had no issues chasing him off but it sounds like he gave some other campers a hard time. 2:30pm the next day the forestry rangers returned and told us we had to leave so they could deal with the bear. Packed up and headed back to pine but all the sites were full and thus ended my shortest BWCA trip ever. 29 hours, so sad.
