Lake One entry point allows overnight paddle only. This entry point is supported by Kawishiwi Ranger Station near the city of Ely, MN. The distance from ranger station to entry point is 21 miles. Access is a canoe landing at Lake One.

While I've been to many areas in the BWCA I have never entered at Snowbank before but I will this year, one month (to the day!) after you did and will travel the same area. Getting excited!
