Trip Introduction:
This trip was a repeat of the 2020 trip completed in September if 2020. To fully celebrate the Arthur H. Carhart 1921 trip, we canoed the route in June as did Carhart. The route starts and ends at Farm Lake. Lakes traveled are Kawishiwi River, Lakes 1-4, Hudson, Insula, Alice, Fishdance, Malberg, Koma, Polly, Kawishiwi, Perent, Perent River, Isabella, Isabella River, Bald Eagle, Gabbro, Clear Lake. Addendum - two of us continued on Carhart's other 1921 paddle trips visiting Lac Lacroix (July 2-13) and Saganaga/Seagull (July 19-22). Carhart's Recreation Report was submitted in 1922; another paddle trip to celebrate that event will be planned for 2022.
