Good to read your report. Thank you.

Will be there in mid-may. Snow would be better than rain imo. Looking forward to that round-missing link portage. Probably not prepared for the Tuscarora one though.

You know, if I had a time machine I would do my college summers like this one. Nice job! You're doin' it up right.

Nice report & pics. Cabin fever? What cabin fever?

I think I'm coming down with cabin bubonic plague!

Sit back, relax, have a home brew.

lilcowdoc,
What an enjoyable report to read. As others have accurately noted, it focuses our thoughts on summer, and makes the winter more bearable while our longing a bit more difficult to deal with. Your pictures are great and I am pleased to hear you are doing a repeat - it hopefully means another report to look forward to.

Boy, those "Cowdocs" are watering the seeds (planted in my mind) for future trips. I got this "bucket list" that I cannot shake
**** Frost River. I must do that if only for the name
**** South Arm & Ogish & Kekekabic....

Great photo log. Ty the post

I love that picture of you and the boys on a rock with the falls and bridge in the background. Beautiful place. Where is that? One of these days I'm going to go to the eastern section of the BWCAW.

The northern was a 36 incher and the falls are Mueller Falls. The bridge in the background is the Kek trail. It is beautiful there!

Great collection of reports.

Always good to get lots of pictures. Really helps the mind drift back to a fun place.

I'd love to spend a summer on the Gunflint, but it might not happen anytime soon.
