Trip Introduction:
In early June of 2025, me and my friend Jim headed to the wilderness to do some fishing in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area. Departing from Snowbank lake with a destination of Thomas or Fraser lake, we were excited to enjoy a route we have had yet to travel. Walleye, Northern Pike, Lake Trout and Smallmouth Bass are all on the target list as we chased they elusive BWCA slam. Cold weather, rain and wind will create some challenges but as usual the BWCA gave us a great time.
