Just awesome! Thanks so much. My son and I are entering on Meeds in about a month. My very first canoe trip was through Lizz in 1976. We camped on Horseshoe and Winchell. Sure got me hooked on the BWCA! Been going most years ever since, always on the east side of the BWCA.

Beautiful as usual, Gary, thank you! I'm surprised you had as much rain as you did. Also, about ten years ago I spotted a bull moose swimming across Winchell the same time of year. I can't help but think yours is an offspring.

We all have to believe in something. I believe I'll go paddle.

Jerry, if you look closely I'm wearing a green bandana in some of the photos... guess you need to change your lyrics ;-) Blue bandana

You see the same things that catch my eye.....but you preserve them in photos so much better. I've stayed at most of those campsites over various trips. Thanks for stirring the memories. One of my favorite areas.

Super cool. Love that area. Have camped on most of the sites from Caribou to Horseshoe to Gaskin. Omega is on our list to hit someday.
