Entry Point 30 - Lake One
Lake One entry point allows overnight paddle only. This entry point is supported by Kawishiwi Ranger Station near the city of Ely, MN. The distance from ranger station to entry point is 21 miles. Access is a canoe landing at Lake One.

Trip Introduction:
My first trip to the boundary waters since 1971! I went with a friend and my brother-in-law. We made a round trip from Lake One to Insula Lake in late September. It was so good to get back after so many years.
