I enjoyed your report. We are going in at that EP next Spring. I hope the lakes stay as calm as they looked in your pictures when we get there. I am impressed you did the trip this late in the year.

Nice report, you did a great job of paddling a good distance and portages!

Great report. I go in that ep in May. Hoping it will be warmer than November. What a way to usher in the holidays.

That's a pretty cool report. I did a double take when I saw the start date - November?? Amazing weather. Three days seems about right for that. I'm still surprised that even in November you did not see one other person on the Numbered Lakes. Seems like a great and memorable trip!

I really enjoyed this trip report. Can't imagine going in in November, but it sounds like a great trip! Beautiful photos, too.

Good trip! I am so envious that people can be in Ely or at the EP of choice within a 2-3 hour drive. Not running into other people has to make any tip more memorable. I don't know if I'll ever do a solo trip, but your report gives me inspiration to try one.

Great report-I'm envious that you were able to get a trip in. I also wanted to do a last trip in October but the weather just didn't cooperate. Now am focused on planning for this summer ;)

Nice photos, too, btw
